摘要
本文研究了在其他工艺条件相同情况下,几种二次冷却大比水量对82B铸坯碳偏析的影响,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,二次冷却比水量从原来的0.75 L/kg增大至1.9 L/kg,碳偏析平均指数从1.12降低至1.02,增加二次冷却水量对碳偏析改善效果明显;但随着二次冷却强度的增强,铸坯中心裂纹有恶化的趋势。通过对比发现优化后的1.6L/kg可以很好的兼顾改善碳偏析和保证可控的中心裂纹。
In this paper,the effects of several kinds of secondary cooling with large specific water volume on carbon segregation of 82B slab were studied under the same other process conditions,and industrial tests were carried out.The results show that the specific water volume of secondary cooling water increases from 0.75 L/kg to 1.9 L/kg,and the average index of carbon segregation decreases from 1.12 to 1.02.Increasing the secondary cooling water volume has obvious effect on improving carbon segregation.However,with the increase of secondary cooling intensity,the center crack of slab tends to worsen.By comparison,it is found that the optimized 1.6L/kg can improve carbon segregation and ensure controllable central crack.
