本文以安徽开发矿业选矿事业部为例,分析了项目化管理在冶金矿山企业生产经营活动中的必要性和适应性,对案例企业项目化管理的实施过程与效果进行了阐述与分析,其通过组建项目化管理机构,构建项目化管理流程机制,着力解决企业经营发展中的重难点问题,对其他冶金矿山企业实施项目化管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
