摘要
随着生活水平的提高和私家车保有量的增加,家长驾车接送孩子的现象越来越普遍,如何切实有效地解决中小学周边交通尤其是上下学时段的拥堵问题已经引起社会和相关部门的关注。本文以泉州台商投资区第三实验小学设计为例,通过引入交通影响评价体系,对项目新生成交通及背景交通需求进行研究分析,并展开对"湖东学园"家长接送交通的实证调查,对接送交通系统进行优化设计,以缓解交通拥堵问题。
With the improvement of living standards and the increase of private cars, the phenomenon is becoming more and more common that parents drive private cars to pick up their children. It has cause the concern of society and relevant departments that how to solve the problem of the traffic jam effectively around the primary and middle schools, especially at the time of picking up children. Taking the design of the Third Experimental Primary School in Taiwan Residents Investment Zone of Quanzhou for instance, this paper studies and analyzes the newly generated traffic and background traffic demand of the project by introducing the traffic impact assessment system, and conducts an empirical investigation on the "Hudong School Park" parents’ pick-up traffic, and tries to optimize the design of the traffic system for picking up children to ease the traffic jam.
