摘要 当前,建筑行业人士已意识到建筑业信息化越来越重要,而BIM技术在实施精细化施工进度管理过程中具有重要价值。因此构建基于BIM 5D的施工进度动态管理研究,能够更好地解决进度、物料资源、成本等重要信息,有效地帮助项目上的管理人员进行决策和精细化管理,进行动态的施工管理和监控,做到真正意义上实现进度信息动态查询、进度信息对比分析、工程量实时查询、施工资源可视化动态管理,提高企业的项目管理能力,节省工期,为施工企业提高效益。 At present, people in the construction industry realize that informatization of the construction industry is becoming more and more important, and BIM technology is of great value in the implementation of refined construction schedule management. So dynamic construction progress management research based on BIM 5D can better deal with the schedule, material resource, cost, and other important information, and effectively help project managers to make decisions, do refined management, conduct dynamic construction management and monitoring, truly accomplish dynamic progress information query, schedule information analysis and comparison, real-time query of quantities, and dynamic visualization management of the construction resources, and improve the enterprises’ project management ability, save the time limit for a project, and improve the benefits of the construction enterprises.
