装配式地下综合管廊防水施工技术探究

摘要 与普通民用建筑相比,装配式综合管廊的防水施工具备技术难度高、防水效果显著及工程适应性好等优势。通过可靠的防水处治,能够确保装配式管廊接口同承口混凝土构件之间的密封性,为综合管廊系统的正常运行提供了可靠保障,通过工程实践检验,采用该防水处治技术,接缝密封性良好,防水等级满足工程质量验收标准。本文立足于具体施工工艺,就装配式综合管廊的接缝防水处治进行了深入研究,从而加深了对防水处治技术的认识水平。 Compared with ordinary civil buildings, the waterproof construction of prefabricated integrated pipe gallery has the advantages of high technical difficulty, remarkable waterproof effect and good engineering adaptability. Through reliable waterproof treatment, it can ensure the sealing between assembly pipe gallery interface and socket concrete members, and provide reliable guarantee for the normal operation of integrated pipe gallery system. Based on the concrete construction technology, this paper makes a deep study on the joint waterproof treatment of the prefabricated integrated pipe gallery, thus deepening the understanding level of the waterproof treatment technology.
