城市降雨污水外排管网施工技术探讨

Discussion on Construction Technology of Outlet Pipe Network for Urban Rainfall Sewage

城市降雨、污水是诱发城市内涝的重要危险源之一,为了提高城市在恶劣天气条件下的积水外排能力,以及保护水环境,本文特以老旧工业城市三明市降雨污水外排管网施工[2015—2016年市区污水管网雨、污水分流建设、改造提升工程-新市北路(乾景巷至东乾路)、新市中路(新泉路至下洋二路)等5个路段污水管网改造工程]为例,从规划设计和施工技术两方面阐述了目前管网存在的问题,重点对沟槽开挖和管网敷设及回填阶段的施工关键技术展开深入分析,掌握了管道明挖施工技术的关键工艺;最后水平定向钻非开挖敷设施工技术进行了简要概述,整体阐述新型管网敷设技术的应用。

Urban rainfall sewage is one of the important sources of urban waterlogging. In order to improve the capacity of urban drainage under severe weather conditions and protect the water environment, this paper takes the rainfall sewage drainage network construction [2015-2016 urban sewerage network rain, sewage diversion construction, upgrading project-Xinshi North Road(Qianjing Lane to Dongqian Road), Xinshi Middle Road(Xinquan Road to Xiayang Second Road) of old industrial city, Sanming, as an example, and elaborates the problems existing in the pipe network from the planning design and construction technology. The key technology of trench excavation, pipe network laying and backfill stage is analyzed deeply, and the key technology of pipeline open excavation construction technology is grasped. Finally, the horizontal directional drilling non-excavation facility construction technology is briefly summarized, and the application of the new pipe network laying technology is expounded overall.
