餐厨车压缩机构的仿真分析与轻量化设计

Simulation analysis and lightweight design of kitchen truck compression mechanism

摘要 设计一款刮板式餐厨车压缩机构,采用ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真分析,实现极限工况下机构平稳工作;采用ANSYS Workbench软件进行压缩机构的静力学分析,并用惩罚函数法对压缩机构关键部件进行尺寸优化;对优化后压缩机构进行仿真验证与样机试验。结果表明,优化后压缩机构在保证刚度强度的同时,工作平稳可靠、无干涉,质量减轻21.97 kg,满足轻量化目标。 A scraper type kitchen truck compression mechanism was designed,and dynamics simulation analysis was carried out by using ADAMS software to realize smooth operation of the mechanism under extreme working conditions.ANSYS Workbench software was used for static analysis of the compression mechanism,and penalty function method was used for dimensional optimization of key parts of the compression mechanism.The optimized compression mechanism was verified by simulation and prototype test.The results show that the optimized compression mechanism works stably and reliably without interference,and its mass is reduced by 21.97kg,which meets the goal of light weight.
