云南省康养小镇分类与总体布局优化研究

Study on the Classification and Overall Layout Optimization of Health and Wellness Towns in Yunnan

基于国家实施"健康中国"战略,云南省打造"健康生活目的地品牌"等背景,结合云南康养小镇开发类型与总体布局现状、发展优势与不足,提出相应优化思考。分析了全省康养小镇分类与布局应考虑的康养资源本底优势、康养类型特色、发展联动与错位竞争等条件,创新整合提出体育运动、特色医疗医药、温泉康养、生态康养、度假休闲、养老养生、文化养生、田园体验(绿色食品)、城市功能提升、综合服务等康养小镇特色类型优化建议,并提出对此类型小镇的全省布局重点区域,希望对云南康养小镇特色分类发展及更高效布局提供一定思路,促进其可持续发展。

Based on the development background of the country’s "Healthy China" strategy and the "Healthy Living Destination Brand" of Yunnan, combined with the development types, overall layout status and the advantages and disadvantages of the development of health and wellness towns in Yunnan, corresponding optimization is proposed. This paper analyzes the conditions that should be considered in the classification and layout of health and wellness towns in Yunnan, such as the background advantages of health and wellness resources, the characteristics of health and wellness types, development linkage and dislocation competition, and so on. It puts forward innovative and integrated suggestions for optimizing the characteristic types of health and wellness towns such as sports, characteristic medical medicine, hot spring health care, ecological health care, vacation and leisure, elderly health care and wellness, cultural health care and wellness, rural experience(green food), urban function improvement, comprehensive services, and so on. This paper also puts forward the key areas of the corresponding types of towns in the whole province. It is hoped to provide some suggestions for the characteristic classification development and more efficient layout of health and wellness towns in Yunnan, so as to promote their sustainable development.
