乡村振兴背景下的棚户区改造规划探析——以青岛藏马山居安置区项目为例

Analysis on the Reconstruction Planning of Shanty Town under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case of the Project of Tibet-Mashan Residential Resettlement Area in Qingdao

实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是决胜全面建成小康社会、建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务,是中国特色社会主义进入新时代、做好"三农"工作的总抓手。本文以青岛藏马山居安置区项目为例,以棚户区改造为切入点的乡村振兴,为实现乡村振兴战略的目标,打造乡村振兴齐鲁样板,统筹生态、生产、生活一体布局,实现生态美环境优、生产美产业强、生活美家园好"三生三美"融合发展格局打下坚实的基础。

The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is a major historical task for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. It is also the general starting point for doing well the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" when socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era. This paper takes the project of Tibet-Mashan residential resettlement area in Qingdao as an example. The rural revitalization with shanty towns transformation as the breakthrough point has laid a solid foundation for realizing the strategic goal of rural revitalization, creating Qilu model for rural revitalization, coordinating the layout of ecology, production and life, and realizing the integrated development pattern of "three lives and three beauties" with excellent ecological environment, strong production industry and beautiful living home.
