马蹄形大断面暗挖地铁站内部结构与TBM掘进同步施工技术

摘要 重庆轨道交通9号线施工过程中,TBM配套设施需在鲤鱼池站内部结构施工期间继续利用轨道通行。为配合TBM掘进施工,缩短工期,项目部设计并使用了一种装配式钢管支柱+分配梁组合支架,从而保证了内部结构和TBM掘进可以同步施工,解决了地下暗挖车站TBM过站通行与内部结构同步施工的问题,极大程度缩短了轨道交通的建设周期。该组合支架施工便捷、结构合理,在保证施工质量、安全的同时减少了施工投入,为相似工程提供借鉴和参考。 During the construction of Chongqing Rail transit Line 9, the TBM supporting facilities shall continue to use the track to pass during the construction of the internal structure of Li Ye Chi Station. In order to cooperate with the TBM tunneling construction and shorten the construction period, the project department designed and used a prefabricated steel pipe support + distribution beam combination bracket to ensure that the internal structure and TBM tunneling can be constructed simultaneously, which solved the problem of synchronous construction of TBM passing station passage and internal structure, and greatly shortened the construction period of rail transit. The combined bracket is convenient in construction and reasonable in structure, which not only guarantees the construction quality and safety, but also reduces the construction input, thus providing a reference for similar projects.
