关于建筑工程项目质量管理的研究

Study on Quality Management of Construction Projects

质量是建筑工程项目管理的主要控制目标之一。本文以项目质量管理的相关理论为依托,结合具体工程实例,对其质量管理中存在的问题进行了分析,然后从质量管理的职责划分、质量管理制度、质量控制内容等多方面,提出了质量管理举措。结果表明:利用科学、合理的质量管理方法,不仅有利于保障工程整体质量,还有利于提升建筑工程经济和社会效益。

Quality is one of the main control objectives of construction project management. Based on the relevant theories of project quality management and combining with concrete engineering cases, this paper analyzes the existing problems in its quality management, and then puts forward quality management measures from the aspects of the division of quality management responsibilities, quality management system, quality control content, and so on. The results show that using scientific and reasonable quality management method is not only beneficial to guarantee the overall quality of the project, but also beneficial to improve the economic and social benefits of the construction project.
