“一带一路”背景下重庆与东盟高等教育合作研究

Study on Higher Education Cooperation between Chongqing and ASEAN in the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

重庆地处“一带一路”建设的重要节点位置,具备较为丰富的教育资源,与东盟之间有着良好的合作基础,重庆与东盟在高等教育领域已建立了较为广泛的合作,但仍存在短板和不足。重庆应通过加强顶层设计、强化本地高校校际协作、依托中新(重庆)项目、大力发展留学教育等举措,推动重庆-东盟高等教育合作进一步深化,以期提升高等教育质量及人才培养能力,更好地服务“一带一路”建设。

Chongqing is located in one of the important nodes of the Belt and Road construction,with rich educational resources and good foundation for cooperation with ASEAN.Chongqing and ASEAN have established extensive cooperation in the field of higher education,but there are still shortcomings.Chongqing should further promote its higher education cooperation with ASEAN by strengthening toplevel design,enhancing inter-school collaboration among local universities,making best of the Sino-Singapore(Chongqing)project and vigorously developing overseas education.This will further improve the quality of higher education and talents cultivation and thereby better serve the Belt and Road Initiative construction.
