摘要
“00后”大学生在自我认知、恋爱心理、抗挫抗压、学习生活、人际关系等方面有着不同的心理特征,给新时代高校心理健康教育带来新的机遇和挑战。需要科学分析“00后”大学生心理健康教育现状及原因,通过社会、高校、家庭、个人等形成合力,不断创新“00后”大学生心理健康教育新路径。
The college students born after 2000 have different psychological characteristics in self-cognition,love psychology,anti-frustration and pressure,school life,interpersonal relationship and other aspects,which bring new opportunities and challenges to the mental health education in colleges and universities in the new era.It is necessary to scientifically analyze the current situation and causes of mental health education of college students,and constantly innovate the new path of mental health education of college students born after 2000 through forming joint forces of society,colleges,families and individuals.
