人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)是当今科技发展的代表性技术,表现出与多个学科融合的巨大潜力和价值。皮肤科学高度依赖形态学特征,疾病的诊断和评估主要基于视觉图像,是AI应用的优势学科。基于皮肤影像技术的AI不仅能提高疾病诊断的灵敏度和特异度,还能对常见疾病的严重程度进行客观评估。本文就AI在皮肤肿瘤、炎症性皮肤病、色素性皮肤病、感染性皮肤病中的应用进行综述,并对发展趋势进行分析,希望为皮肤科AI未来的研究提供参考。

Artificial intelligence(AI)is the representation of current development in science and technology,with great potential and value of interacting with other disciplines.The discipline of dermatology highly relies on morphological features,and the diagnosis and evaluations of diseases are primarily based on visual images.These characteristics make dermatology a dominant subject to apply AI.Based on skin imaging technology,AI is not only expected to improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of skin diseases,but also to assess the severity of common diseases objectively.This paper reviews the applications of AI in skin tumors,inflammatory skin diseases,pigmented skin diseases,infectious skin diseases,and analyzes the future trend,with a view to provide reference for the future research of dermatology AI.
