摘要
目的:为实现医院围手术期全流程信息化管理,解决手术患者转运过程中外送人员接单不及时、挑单漏单、管理落后问题。方法:通过信息化手段设计开发手术患者转运系统,利用院内无线网以及手持PAD,实现发单、抢单、接单、交接等节点,再造业务流程。结果:利用信息化手段将之前人工指派工作替换,外送人员与手术室护士、病区护士的所有交接工作实现电子化,所有节点都可实时追踪,外送人员工作量可统计。结论:该系统大大提升了外送人员管理能力,提高了手术患者转运工作的运转效率,提升了患者满意度,同时也完善了医院信息化全流程管理。
Objective:It is to realize the information management of the whole perioperative process in hospital,and to solve the problems of untimely receipt of orders,missed orders and backward management during the transfer of surgical patients.Methods:The surgical patients transport system was designed and developed by means of information technology,and the nodes such as order dispatching,order grabbing,order receiving,handover were realized by using the wireless network and handheld PAD in hospital,so as to reconstruct the business process.Results:By means of information technology,the previous manual assignment was replaced,and all the handover work between the delivery personnel and the operating room nurses and nurses in the ward was realized electronically.All nodes could be tracked in real time,and the workload of the delivery personnel could be counted.Conclusion:This system has greatly improved the management ability of delivery personnel,improved the operation efficiency of surgical patient transport,improved patient satisfaction,and also improved the whole process management of hospital information.
