干旱河流多水源联合调配模式研究——以窟野河为例

摘要 以典型干旱河流窟野河为研究对象,利用经济社会等各行业发展对水资源需求预测、水资源可利用量等内容研究,进行流域水资源供需平衡分析;通过构建流域多水源联合调配模型,探究流域合理的多水源联合调配策略。结果显示:2030年,在没有外流域调水的情况下,窟野河流域各业需水量为41600万m^(3),各部门配置水量33235万m^(3),流域缺水8365万m^(3);考虑南水北调一期工程补水后,流域配置水量增至41600万m^(3),解决了流域缺水问题。对特殊干旱年份,水资源应急配置策略为:压缩需求、挖掘供水潜力、增强水资源应急调配能力、制定应急预案等。该成果可以为干旱河流的水资源配置与管理提供一定参考。 Taking typical drought river Kuye River as the study object,this paper analyzes the supply and demand balance of water resources in Huanghe River Basin based on the research about contents including the demand forecasting of water resources required by economic and social industries and the availability of water resources.It explores reasonable joint deployment strategy of multiple water resources in the basin through constructing joint deployment model of multiple water resources.Results show that till 2030,the water demand of all industries in the basin reaches 416 million cubic meters while the allocation water volume reaches 33.235 million cubic meters.Thus,there will be a gap of 8.365 million cubic meters.Considering that the allocation water volume in the basin will increase to 416 million cubic meters after the water supply from the first phase of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project which solves the water shortage in the basin.The emergency allocation strategies of water resources in special drought year are compressing demand,tapping water supply potential,strengthening capacity for emergency allocation of water resources and making emergency plan and so on.The result can provide certain reference for the allocation and management of water resources for drought river.
