新疆某三甲医院医疗设备共享管理运行方案的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Operation Scheme of Medical Equipment Sharing Management in a Grade A Hospital in Xinjiang

目的为了节约医院医疗设备购置成本,在确保医疗设备满足临床科室使用及各专业学科学术发展需要的前提下,有效提高医院医疗设备的使用率,减少重复购置,避免医疗设备闲置。方法根据前期调研结果发现监护仪在实际使用中存在较明显的不同时段使用不平衡的情况,导致设备特定时段闲置的现象。建立医疗设备调配中心,以监护仪为例,开展监护仪共享使用管理工作。结果通过建立医疗设备调配中心,有效地提高了医疗设备的使用率,且通过医疗设备管理系统,实现了设备借用/归还全过程的信息化管理,有效缩短了设备到达临床科室的时间。结论医疗设备共享管理,不仅提高了监护仪的使用率和运转率,还解决了部分科室紧急需要借用的问题,更好地服务于临床,减少了临床科室重复购置造成的浪费,节约了设备购置成本,增加了医院的收益。

Objective In order to save the cost of medical equipment purchase in hospital,on the premise of ensuring that medical equipment can meet the needs of clinical departments and academic development of various professional disciplines,effectively improve the utilization rate of medical equipment in hospital,reduce repeated purchase,and avoid idle medical equipment.Methods According to the preliminary research results,it was found that there was an obvious imbalance in the use of the monitor in different time periods,leading to the phenomenon that the equipment was idle in a specific period of time.And the medical equipment allocation center was established,taking the monitor as an example,to carry out the management of monitor sharing.Results Through the establishment of medical equipment allocation center,the hospital effectively improved the utilization rate of medical equipment.And through the medical equipment management system,it realized the information management of the whole process of equipment borrowing/returning,and effectively shortened the time of equipment reaching the clinical department.Conclusion The sharing management of medical equipment not only improves the utilization rate and operation rate of the monitor,but also solves the problem that some departments need to borrow urgently,so as to better serve the clinic,reduce the waste caused by repeated purchase of clinical departments,save the cost of equipment purchase,and increase the income of the hospital.
