摘要
心冲击图(Ballistocardiogram,BCG)技术具备无创、非接触式和可长期连续监测等优点。本文在简单介绍BCG技术的基础之上,对BCG信号检测方式及其在生命体征检测、心血管功能参数监测和睡眠结构分析等医学中的应用研究进展做一综述,并对BCG技术难点和存在的问题进行分析和讨论,以期为后续BCG技术相关探索、研究和应用提供一定的思路或指导。
Ballistocardiogram(BCG)has the advantages of noninvasive,noncontact and long-term continuous monitoring.Based on the brief introduction of BCG technology,this paper reviews the research progress of BCG signal detection methods and its application in vital signs detection,cardiovascular function parameter monitoring and sleep structure analysis.The technical difficulties and existing problems of BCG are also discussed,so as to provide some ideas or guidance for the subsequent exploration,research and application of BCG technology.
