内窥镜开发和临床诊疗环节中的感控影响因素

Influencing Factors of Endoscopic Development and Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment

过去对内窥镜感染控制的研究都集中于院内清洗消毒这一环节,实际上内窥镜感染控制是一个系统性工程,其贯穿了产品开发和临床诊疗的各个环节,仅管理其中的某一环节不能有效防止内窥镜交叉感染。为了降低内窥镜交叉感染的风险,应在产品开发、临床诊疗的全流程中考虑各个影响因素。本文通过回顾与内窥镜感染控制相关的研究,总结了产品开发和诊疗过程中的影响因素,并提出建议来降低交叉感染风险,提高患者安全,实现高质量的医疗服务。

In the past,researches on endoscopic infection control have focused on the cleaning and disinfection in the hospital.In fact,endoscopic infection control is a systematic project,which runs through all aspects of product development and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Managing one aspect cannot effectively prevent cross-infection of the endoscope.In order to reduce the risk of endoscopy cross-infection,various influencing factors should be considered in the entire process of product development and clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article reviews the research related to endoscopic infection control,summarizes the influencing factors in the process of product development and diagnosis,and makes recommendations to reduce the risk of cross-infection,improve patient safety,and achieve high-quality medical services.
