霉酚酸酯的临床应用进展

Recent advances in clinical application of mycophenolate mofetil

霉酚酸酯作为第3类免疫抑制剂的主力之一,临床主要用于器官移植后预防急性排斥反应,提高移植器官的存活率。在众多免疫抑制剂中因霉酚酸酯具有选择性强、毒副作用小及复发率低等优势而广泛应用于临床。此外,霉酚酸酯常与其他类型免疫剂或激素联用,在自身免疫性疾病、并发症引起的肾炎、原发性肾病综合症、结节病、皮肤病及眼科疾病等方面带来很好的治疗效果。笔者从药代动力学和临床应用两个方面进行综述,为霉酚酸酯的进一步开发与合理利用提供依据。

Mycophenolate mofetil,one of the third immunosuppressants,mainly used to prevent acute rejection and improve the survival rate of transplanted organs after organ transplantation.Mycophenolate mofetil is widely used in many immunosuppressants because of its advantages of high selectivity,low toxicity,and low recurrence rate.Mycophenolate mofetil is often combined with other types of immune agents or hormones,which can bring good therapeutic effect in autoimmune diseases,complications-caused nephritis,primary nephrotic syndrome,sarcoidosis,skin diseases,and ophthalmic diseases.In this review,the authors summarized pharmacokinetics and clinical application to provide a basis for further development and rational utilization of mycophenolate mofetil.
