摘要
精准医疗是综合考虑每一个体临床症状、基因学、病理学和生物学的新的疾病预防和治疗策略。近年来,组学技术、分子影像技术和生物信息技术的发展极大地推动了各类疾病的精准诊断和精准治疗。帕金森病作为最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,具有显著的异质性,因此在精准医疗理念下实现对帕金森病患者的精准治疗就显得尤为重要。本文将对帕金森病的精准治疗进行阐述。
Precision medicine refers to an innovative strategy for disease prevention and treatment based on the clinical symptoms,genetics,pathology,and biology of each patient.In recent years,the development of omics technology,molecular imaging technology,and bioinformatics technology has tremendously promoted the precision diagnosis and precision treatment of va-rious diseases.Parkinson’s disease,one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases,is characterized by heterogeneity.Therefore,precision treatment of Parkinson’s disease is particularly important.This article will elaborate on the precision treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
