基于ANSYS模拟的内蒙古地区农村住宅外墙节能优化设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 墙体的类型及构造做法是建筑节能的重要影响因素之一。在内蒙古地区大部分的农村住宅没有采取墙体保温措施,导致能耗增加,室内热环境差等问题。本研究以内蒙古地区农村住宅外墙为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件模拟比较原住宅墙体与三种保温体系墙体温度场分布状况,最终确定外保温系统的墙体热稳定性更好;在满足规范要求传热系数值的条件下,比较10~80mm厚度的EPS保温层温度应力值,确定最佳外墙保温层厚度为70mm,为内蒙古地区农村住宅节能改造提供一定的参考依据。 The type and structure of the wall is one of the important factors of building energy conservation.Most rural houses in Inner Mongolia do not take wall insulation measures,resulting in increased energy consumption,poor indoor thermal environment and other problems.This study takes the outer wall of rural residence in Inner Mongolia as the research object.ANSYS software is used to simulate and compare the distribution of temperature field between the original residential wall and the three insulation systems.Finally,it is determined that the thermal stability of the outer insulation system wall is better.Under the condition that the heat transfer coefficient value meets the requirements of the code,the temperature stress value of EPS insulation layer with the thickness of 10-80mm is compared to determine the optimal thickness of external wall insulation layer to be 70mm,which provides certain reference for the energysaving transformation of rural residential buildings in Inner Mongolia.
