生态文明导向下县域新型城镇化高质量发展之路探寻——以盱眙县为例

Exploration of High Quality Development of New Urbanization in County under the Guidance of Ecological Civilization:Taking Xuyi County as an Example

文章分析了生态文明建设与新型城镇化的两者关系,研究了在生态文明时代县域新型城镇化实现高质量发展面临的变化趋势,进而以江苏省盱眙县为例,重点探索其践行生态文明思想的新型城镇化战略和空间支撑,具体提出“保障生态安全、谋求区位突破、统筹全域空间、追求精明增长、突出美丽宜居、整合特色资源”六大路径,助力实现高质量发展。

This paper analyzes the relationship between ecological civilization construction and new urbanization,and studies the changing trend of county new urbanization to achieve high quality development in the era of ecological civilization.Then,taking Xuyi county of Jiangsu Province as an example,it focuses on exploring the new urbanization strategy and spatial support of ecological civilization thought.It puts forward six paths of"ensuring ecological security,seeking regional breakthrough,coordinating the whole space,pursuing smart growth,highlighting beautiful and livable,and integrating characteristic resources"to help realize high-quality development.
