Study on the Urban Design of New Urban Districts:A Case Study of Urban Design in the South Central Area of Pukou District,Nanjing

中心区是城市区域结构的核心功能片区,是第三产业和公共服务的集聚区。对城市片区级中心区城市设计的研究,是在规划和地块开发的衔接层面对中心区未来发展的适度把控。城市中心区的总体定位、空间框架、子系统构建三个递进层级的系统化逻辑的建立,可以从策略层面有效地去指导中心区的开发建设。

The central area is the core functional area of the urban regional structure and the agglomeration area of the tertiary industry and public services.The research on the urban design of the urban central district is a moderate control of the future development of the central district in the connection level of planning and land development.The establishment of three progressive levels of systematic logic,namely the overall orientation,the spatial framework and the subsystem construction can effectively guide the development and construction of the central area from the strategic level.
