苏州观前街区街道空间研究

Research on Street Space in Guanqian District,Suzhou

现如今,街道早已不单是承载着通行的作用,其对于市民往来、休憩也颇为重要,而观前街区作为苏州的商业中心,其街巷空间的重要性不言而喻。文章通过城市意象“五要素”,对观前街区进行实地调研,并提出延续肌理、整治界面,突出地标、强化轴线,绿化重塑、打造景观三点意见,希望对今后观前街区的更新设计起到参考性作用。

Nowadays,streets are no longer just playing the role of traffic carrier.They are also very important for citizens to travel and rest.As the commercial center of Suzhou,the importance of street space in Guanqian District is self-evident.Based on the"five elements"of urban imagery,this paper conducts a field survey of Guanqian block,and proposes three points to continue the texture,renovate the interface;highlight landmarks,strengthen the axis;reshape the greening and create a landscape with three points.It is hoped that it will serve as a reference for the renewal design of the former blocks.
