摘要 随着城市建设进入存量发展阶段,密集、紧凑型开发成为主流,高校的建设也应摆脱传统大而全的规划理念,进入精细化发展新时期。不同于内地高校,受限于地理条件,香港地区高校自建校之初就采用高密度的开发模式。文章以香港理工大学为例,对其校园的功能布局、建筑、开放空间等设施进行使用后评价,发现其通过立体分层较好地解决了人车冲突和用地紧张的问题,并利用“连廊、雨棚”等设施串联了各个空间,但在通风和噪声的处理上尚有改进的余地。 As urban construction has entered the stock development stage,intensive and compact development has become the mainstream.The construction of colleges should also get rid of the traditionally large and comprehensive planning concept and enter a new period of fine development.Different from the campus in mainland and limited by geographical conditions,the campus in Hong Kong adopts a high-density development model.Taking the Hong Kong Polytechnic University as an example,this paper makes a post occupancy evaluation on the functional layout,buildings,open space and other facilities of the campus.It is found that the stereoscopic stratification can solve the conflict between people and vehicles and land use problems,and that various spaces are connected in series by"corridor,rainshed"and other facilities.However,there are still some improvements in the processing of ventilation and noise.
