New Feelings in the Old Yard:Study on the"Micro-renewal"of Landscapes in Existing Residential Areas in Tianjin

我国既有居住区数量庞大,随着时间的发展,这些居住区出现了不同类型、不同程度的问题。文章通过研究前一段时期城市“大拆大建”单一模式的不足之处以及对比国内外相关优秀案例,结合微更新设计思想,调查研究天津市既有居住区景观功能、空间、形象等各个方面,总结现存问题,并对提升策略进行深入思考,以期探索出天津市既有居住区景观“微更新”适用的设计方法,为提升天津市既有居住区景观品位以及居民的生活质量提供一点思路。

There are a huge number of existing residential areas in our country.With the development of cities,these residential areas have appeared different types and different degrees of problems.This paper studies the shortcomings of the single model of"large demolition and large construction"in the previous period and compares relevant excellent cases at home and abroad,combined with micro-renewal design ideas,to investigate and study various aspects of the landscape,space,image,etc.of the existing residential areas in Tianjin.What's more,this paper summarizes the existing problems,and carries out in-depth thinking about the improvement strategy in order to explore the design methods applicable to the"micro-renewal"of the existing residential areas in Tianjin,and provide some ideas for improving the landscape taste of the existing residential areas in Tianjin and the quality of life of residents.
