科技创新与文化产业融合发展实证分析——基于灰色关联分析法

An Empirical Analysis on the Integrated Development of Sci-Tech Innovation and Cultural Industry:Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

科技创新推动着文化产业的繁荣,文化产业又促进了科技创新的发展,两者的深度融合催生了新业态。运用灰色关联分析法,选取2008—2017年的数据,测算科技创新与文化产业二者之间的灰色关联度并进行实证分析。结果表明,科技创新与文化产业的互为作用显著提升,并呈现融合发展态势,但部分要素的融合度尚未满足发展需要。为此,需要优化科技创新与文化产业深度融合的政策环境,提高科技创新在文化产业发展中的要素价值,增加文化领域创新人才的有效供给,强化文化资源在融合发展中的市场开发,以促进科技创新与文化产业良性互动,实现融合发展。

Sci-tech innovation promotes the prosperity of cultural industry,and cultural industry also promotes the development of sci-tech innovation.The deep integration of the two has given birth to new industrial forms.Using the grey correlation analysis method,this article takes the data from 2008 to 2017 as an example for empirical analysis,and measures the grey correlation degree between sci-tech innovation and cultural industry.The results show that the interaction between sci-tech innovation and cultural industryis significantly improved,and the integrated development trend has been presented,however the integration of some elements has not yet met the development needs.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the policy environment for the deep integration of technological innovation and cultural industry,increase the value of sci-tech innovation in the cultural industry development,increase the effective supply of innovative talents in the cultural industry,strengthen the market development of cultural resources in the integrated development,to promote the positive interaction between technological innovation and cultural industry to achieve integrated development.
