装配式建筑外墙防水技术应用研究

Research on application of waterproof technology for external wall of prefabricated building

装配式建筑以绿色节能发展为理念,通过工厂制造和现场总装实现快速建造,正在被越来越多的项目应用。预制外墙板现场吊运拼装的接缝处容易出现渗漏水现象。本文结合工程实例,阐述预制外墙防水施工的工艺,分析得出材料防水、结构防水和构造防水共同应用能有效解决预制外墙的渗水问题,并在此基础上对外墙防水技术进行优化,提高装配式建筑质量。

Prefabricated buildings,with the concept of green and energy-saving development,realize rapid construction through factory manufacturing and field assembling,and are being applied in more and more projects.Because of the lifting and assembling on site,the joints of precast exterior wall panels are prone to water leakage.Combined with engineering examples,this paper expounds the waterproof construction technology of prefabricated exterior wall,analyzes the common application of material waterproof,structural waterproof and structural waterproof,which can effectively solve the problem of water seepage of prefabricated exterior wall,and on this basis,optimizes the waterproof technology of exterior wall to improve the quality of prefabricated building.
