摘要 传统悬挑脚手架需一端楼板锚固、预埋卡环等诸多工艺,拆卸复杂,会产生大量施工垃圾。建筑施工中可采用一种新型螺栓拉接式悬挑外脚手架,悬挑主梁型钢根部采用螺栓预埋主体结构梁或剪力墙连接固定,外侧通过斜拉杆将型钢与主体结构相拉结。在此种新型螺栓拉接式悬挑脚手架施工方法中,材料可多次周转使用,施工便捷,绿色施工及安全文明施工得到很大提高,既保证了安全质量,又节约了成本。 Traditional cantilevered scaffold requires many techniques such as anchoring one end of the floor and preembedding clasps,and the disassembly is complex,resulting in a large amount of construction waste.In housing construction,a new type of bolt-connected cantilevered external scaffold is used.The root of the cantilevered beam is fixed with bolts embedded in the main structure beam or shear wall,and the outer of the beam is connected with the main structure through diagonal tie rods.Using this new type of bolt-connected cantilever scaffolding method,the materials can be used in multiple cycles,and the construction is more convenient and efficient.The green,safe and civilized construction are greatly ameliorated,which not only ensures the safety and quality,but also saves construction costs.
