摘要
采用基于GIS技术的巡检方法、基于移动互联网的巡检系统存在人员任务完成率不高、设备故障率统计结果不精准问题,导致巡检效果较差。为了解决这两个问题,提出了基于卫星物联网的水利工程巡检系统设计。使用RFID读卡器识别相似信息,通过调制器解调数据,保证读卡器内部信息交互,改善人员任务完成率不高问题。全球定位系统可将数据转换成所需坐标,定位故障位置,解决设备故障率统计结果不精准问题。设计水流量传感器,确定水流量。使用黏度测量传感器,确定待检测液体黏度值,即摩擦力大小。结合防碰撞算法,设计训练流程。由实验结果可知,该系统工作人员任务最高完成率为98%,故障检测精准度与实际情况相差2%,具有良好巡检效果,可为水利工程稳定运行提供设备支持。
The inspection method based on GIS technology and the inspection system based on mobile Internet have problems such as low completion rate of personnel tasks and inaccurate statistical results of equipment failure rate,thereby leading to poor inspection effect.The design of water conservancy project inspection system based on satellite Internet of things is proposed in order to solve these two problems.The RFID card reader is used to identify similar information,and the data is demodulated by the modulator to ensure the internal information interaction of the card reader and improve the problem of low task completion rate.The global positioning system can transform the data into the required coordinates to locate the fault location and solve the problem of inaccurate statistical results of equipment failure rate.The water flow sensor is designed to determine the water flow.The viscosity measurement sensor is used to determine the viscosity value of the to-be-tested liquid,i.e.the magnitude of friction.The anti-collision algorithm is combined,and the training process is designed.The highest task completion rate of the system staff is 98%,and the accuracy of fault detection is 2%different from the actual situation according to the experimental results,and it has a good inspection effect and can provide equipment support for the stable operation of water conservancy projects.
