区(县)域中等职业教育教学质量监测的困局及其实现路径——成都市武侯区“抽样监测”实践探析 被引量:1

摘要 为响应并落实国家和地方的各级各项政策相关要求,聚焦质量提升,破解区域中职教育教学质量监控管理之困局,确保监测科学规范、数据有效、操作性强,成都市武侯区尝试开展了以“抽样考核”和“学校自测”并行对照的教学质量监测。通过监测,对学校落实部颁专业教学标准情况、教师教学情况、学生发展状况等方面更加了解,为促进学校教学管理水平和教学质量提升,从而整体提高区域职业教育质量探索出了一条可资借鉴的可靠途径。 In order to respond to and implement the relevant policy requirements at the national and local levels,focus on quality improvement,break the dilemma of teaching quality monitoring and management of regional secondary vocational education,and ensure scientific and standardized monitoring,effective data and strong operability,Wuhou District of Chengdu has tried to carry out the teaching quality monitoring with the parallel control of“sampling assessment”and“school self-test”.Through monitoring,it is known more about the implementation of professional teaching standards issued by the Ministry of Education,the teaching situation of teachers and the development of students.A reliable path for reference is explored to promote the teaching management level and the teaching quality and improve the quality of regional vocational education as a whole.
