高职生源多元化背景下的学生管理策略探析

Analysis of Student Management Strategies under the Background of Diversified Sources of Higher Vocational Students

在国家政策支撑下,高职院校积极响应国家政策方针,采取多元化方法进行招生。从当前高职教育管理现状来看,高职生源多元化给学生管理增加了难度。立足于高职生源多元化情况,分析高职生源多元化背景下的学生管理问题,从教育、管理、心理引领等方面明确高职生源多元化背景下的学生管理方法。最后,提出高职生源多元化背景下的学生管理策略。

Under the support of national policies,higher vocational colleges actively respond to national policies and guidelines and adopt diversified approaches for enrollment.Judging from the current status of higher vocational education management,the diversified sources of higher vocational students increase the difficulty of student management.Based on the diversified sources of higher vocational students,this paper analyzes the problems of student management under the background of diversified sources of higher vocational students,and clarifies the methods of student management under the background of diversified sources of higher vocational students from the aspects of education,management and psychological guidance.Finally,this paper puts forward student management strategies under the background of diversified sources of higher vocational students.
