摘要 总结在中等职业学校遵循“教育为本、德育为先”要求,贯彻落实“立德树人”根本任务、深化思政课程改革过程中思政教育取得的成效,审视中职德育工作和学生思想政治素质,从学生、教师、学校、劳动教育实践四个维度剖析中职学校思想政治教育中存在的缺憾,探索立足家长、学校、社会、行业企业教育多元化,构建协同育人体系,形成教书育人、实践育人、服务育人、文化育人的长效机制。以思政教育为牵动提升学生的整体素质,以劳动教育为契机培养学生劳动品质、职业道德、工匠精神,促进学生全面发展。 This paper summarizes the achievements of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools in the process of following the requirements of the“education-based and moral education first”requirements,implementing the“moral education”fundamental task and deepening the ideological and political course reform.It examines the moral education work in secondary vocational schools and the ideological and political qualities of students,analyzes the defects in the ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools from the four dimensions of students,teachers,schools and labor education practice,explores the education diversification based on parents,schools,society and enterprises,constructs a collaborative education system and forms a long-term education mechanism of teaching,practice,service and culture.It is necessary to take the ideological and political education as the impetus to promote the overall quality of students,take the labor education as an opportunity to cultivate the labor quality of students,professional ethics and craftsman spirit,and promote the all-round development of students.
