本科高校商务英语培养方案设置调研与对策

Research and Countermeasures on the Business English Training Program in Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

商务英语专业旨在培养应用型、复合型的商务人才。同时,本科教育需要以服务区域经济发展、促进区域经济发展为目的。通过比较山东农业大学商务英语专业2013版、2015版和2018版三版人才培养方案的发展和异同,同时针对培养方案的实践效果及学生满意度进行问卷调查和访谈研究,发现地方本科院校商务英语专业培养方案存在课程模块比例设置不合理、缺乏自身特色、师资不足等问题,并提出相应的改进建议。

The Business English major aims to cultivate practical and compound business talents.At the same time,undergraduate education needs to serve regional economic development and promote regional economic development.By combing the development,similarities and differences of Business English major training programs of Shandong Agricultural University in 2013,2015 and 2018,and conducting questionnaire survey and interview research on the practical effect and student satisfaction of the training programs,it is found that there are some problems in the training programs of the Business English major in local undergraduate colleges and universities,such as unreasonable proportions of curriculum modules,lack of their own characteristics and lack of teachers,and this paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.
