摘要
牵引电机是轨道交通车辆牵引传动系统中关键的一个部分,温升是牵引电机性能检测的一个重要指标。从试验验证的角度出发,介绍了牵引电机温升限值以及基于IEC 60349的温升试验的原理和方法,并以某动车组的异步电机温升的试验为例,通过对2次测试结果进行分析,验证了试验方法的可靠性和稳定性。
Traction motor is a key part of the traction drive system of rail transit vehicles,and the temperature rise is an important index of traction motor performance test.From the perspective of test verification,this paper first introduces the temperature rise limit of traction motor,and then introduces in detail the temperature rise limit based on IEC The principle and method of temperature rise test of 60349,and taking the temperature rise test of asynchronous motor of a EMU as an example,the reliability and stability of the test method are verified by analyzing the two test results.
