香砂平胃颗粒联合莫沙必利胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并消化不良的疗效研究

Clinical Study on Xiangsha Pingwei granules combined with mosapride capsule in the treatment of diabetic patients with dyspepsia

目的探讨香砂平胃颗粒联合莫沙必利胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并消化不良患者的临床效果。方法148例2型糖尿病合并消化不良患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各74例。对照组患者采用莫沙必利胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用香砂平胃颗粒治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗过程中不良反应发生情况及治疗前后临床症状积分、胃排空时间。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率94.6%显著高于对照组的79.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组临床症状积分低于治疗前、胃排空时间短于治疗前,且治疗组临床症状积分(3.24±0.18)分低于对照组的(5.64±0.27)分、胃排空时间(38.69±2.71)min短于对照组的(50.83±3.09)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论香砂平胃颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并消化不良的疗效理想,能明显减轻患者临床症状,改善消化功能不良情况。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Xiangsha Pingwei granules combined with mosapride capsule in the treatment of diabetic patients with dyspepsia.Methods A total of 148 diabetic patients with dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Xiangsha Pingwei granules based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment,clinical symptom score before and after treatment and gastric emptying time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 94.6%of the treatment group was significantly higher than 79.7%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and gastric emptying time was shorter than those before treatment.The clinical symptom score(3.24±0.18)points of the treatment group was lower than(5.64±0.27)points of the control group,and gastric emptying time(38.69±2.71)min was shorter than(50.83±3.09)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Pingwei granules combined with mosapride capsule shows ideal efficacy for the treatment of diabetic patients with dyspepsia,which can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and improve dyspepsia.
