鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张注药治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of acute secretory otitis media with eustachian tube drug injection under nasal endoscope

目的分析鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张注药治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法100例急性分泌性中耳炎患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规口服药物治疗,观察组采取鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张注药治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及复发率。结果观察组患者的总有效率94.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率2.0%低于对照组的14.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,两组患者的复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张注药治疗急性分泌性中耳炎具有较高的近远期疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of eustachian tube drug injection under nasal endoscope on the treatment of acute secretory otitis media.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute secretory otitis media were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oral medication,and the observation group was treated with eustachian tube drug injection under nasal endoscope.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.0%of the observation group was higher than 80.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 2.0%of the observation group was lower than 14.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,there was no statistically significant in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Eustachian tube drug injection under nasal endoscope has high short-term and long-term efficacy on patients with acute secretory otitis media,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
