中医神经内科眩晕患者临床病因调查及治疗体会

Clinical etiological investigation and treatment experience of vertigo patients in neurology department of traditional Chinese medicine

目的分析中医神经内科眩晕患者的临床病因和治疗效果。方法80例眩晕患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行调查,分析其临床病因。将患者随机分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行中医疗法,根据患者病因治疗。观察患者病因调查结果,比较两组患者的治疗效果及复发情况。结果80例患者中,痰湿39例(48.75%)、肾精不足15例(18.75%)、肝阳上亢11例(13.75%)、气血亏虚9例(11.25%)、肝肾阴虚6例(7.50%)。观察组患者治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗6个月后的复发率2.50%低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05)。结论中医神经内科眩晕患者的病因包含痰湿、肾精不足、肝阳上亢等,根据病因采取有效的中医疗法,可改善患者基本症状,加速其康复,对患者意义重大。

Objective To analyze the clinical etiology and therapeutic effect of vertigo patients in neurology department of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 80 vertigo patients as study subjects,all patients were investigated and their clinical causes were analyzed.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine,and treatment was based on the cause of the patient.The etiological investigation results were observed,and the treatment effect and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results Among the 80 patients,39 cases(48.75%)were phlegm dampness,15 cases(18.75%)were kidney essence deficiency,11 cases(13.75%)were liver yang hyperactivity,9 cases(11.25%)were Qi and blood deficiency,and 6 cases(7.50%)were liver kidney yin deficiency.The total effective rate 95.00%of the observation group was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).The recurrence rate after 6 months of treatment of the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 25.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05).Conclusion The causes of vertigo patients in the neurology department of traditional Chinese medicine include phlegm dampness,kidney essence deficiency,and liver yang hyperactivity.According to the cause,effective Chinese medicine can improve the basic symptoms of patients and accelerate their recovery,which is of great significance to patients.
