不同滑滚比下溶聚丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶复合材料的磨损行为及其机理

摘要 采用机械共混法制备了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)复合材料,考察了水存在时SSBR/BR复合材料在不同滑滚比条件下的磨损行为和磨损机理。结果表明,在水存在条件下,当滑滚比较低时,主要发生磨粒磨损;当滑滚比较高时,磨损机理主要为撕裂磨损。同时,随着滑滚比的增大,SSBR/BR复合材料的磨损体积逐渐减小,结合理论计算,分析原因主要是由于随着滑滚比的增大,水压差变大,真实接触面积减小,导致磨损体积减小。 Solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)/cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(BR)composites were prepared by mechanical blending method.The wear behavior and wear mechanism of SSBR-BR composites in the presence of water at different slide-roll ratios were investigated.The results showed that,under water condition,when the values of slide-roll ratio were lower,abrasive wear was the main wear mechanism.When the values of slide-roll ratio were higher,the tear wear played a vital role.In addition,the wear volume of SSBR/BR composites decreased with increasing values of slide-roll ratios,in combination with calculated results,it was mostly given to the fact that,the hydraulic difference increased with the increasing slide-roll ratio,resulting in the decrease of the real contact area,which finally reduced the wear volume of rubber composites.
