页岩灰改性天然橡胶及再生橡胶的制备及性能 被引量:1

摘要 将抚顺炉油页岩干馏技术排放的页岩灰作为增强剂应用于再生橡胶和天然橡胶中,考察了页岩灰的粒径、表面改性、页岩灰与白炭黑的质量比对橡胶物理机械性能及耐老化性能的影响,并与常用增强剂白炭黑、轻钙粉、重钙粉、改性钙粉进行了对比。结果表明,在再生橡胶中,页岩灰的增强效果优于轻钙粉和重钙粉,低于白炭黑。在天然橡胶中,页岩灰增强胶料的邵尔A硬度、定应力伸长率等高于轻钙粉、重钙粉及改性钙粉。当页岩灰与白炭黑配合使用时,胶料的物理机械性能及耐老化性能较佳。 The shale ash discharged from Fushun furnace technology was used as reinforcing agent in reclaimed rubber and natural rubber.The influence of particle size and surface modification of shale ash and the mass ratio of shale ash to silica on the physical and mechanical properties and aging resistance of rubber were investigated.And was compared with reinforcing fillers such as silica,light calcium powder,heavy calcium powder,and modified calcium powder.The results showed that in reclaimed rubber,the enhancement effect of shale ash was better than that of light calcium powder and heavy calcium powder,and lower than that of silica.While in natural rubber,the Shore A hardness and constant stress elongation of shale ash reinforced rubber were higher than those of light calcium powder,heavy calcium powder and modified calcium powder.When shale ash and silica were used together,the physical and mechanical properties and aging resistance of the compound were better.
