摘要
德国、美国与日本的职业教育在发展中形成了独特的校企合作模式,其共同点在于拥有完善的合作模式、有序的协会运行、科学的激励机制以及和谐的主体关系。借鉴各国经验,我国需要加快完善校企合作体系、发挥行业作用、创新激励机制、纳入多元主体,促进职业教育校企合作的有序运行,最终实现高素质技能人才的培养目标。
Germany,the United States and Japan have formed a unique school-enterprise cooperation model in the development of vocational education.The common point is that they have a sound cooperation model,orderly association operation,scientific incentive mechanism and harmonious subject relationship.Drawing on the experience of other countries,our country needs to accelerate the improvement of the school-enterprise cooperation system,exert the role of the industry,innovate incentive mechanisms,incorporate multiple subjects and promote the orderly operation of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation to achieve the goal of high-quality talents cultivation.
