新冠疫情常态化防控下高职生情绪特点与应对策略 被引量:1

Emotional Characteristics and Coping Strategies of Higher Vocational College Students under the Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control of COVID-19

摘要 自编“新冠疫情常态化防控形势下高职生情绪状况调查问卷”和采用“抑郁—焦虑—压力自评量表(DASS-C21)”,以随机分层抽样的方法对安徽、福建、浙江、江苏、山东、江西6省28430名在读高职生进行网络问卷调查。结果表明:疫情常态化防控形势下高职生情绪状况总体平稳;疫情常态化防控形势下高职生情绪具有差异性特征,负性情绪在性别、经济状况和家庭结构上差异显著;从落实疫情防控工作、重点关注易感人群和开发“情绪管理”生活技能三个方面为高职院校管理提出建议。 The paper conducts an online questionnaire survey on 28430 higher vocational college students in six provinces of Anhui,Fujian,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Shandong and Jiangxi by using self-made"Questionnaire on Emotional Status of Higher Vocational Students under the Situation of Normalized Prevention and Control of COVID-19"and adopting"self-rating Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS-C21)".The results show that under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control,the emotional state is stable;the emotions have different characteristics,and the negative emotions have significant differences in gender,economic status and family structure of higher vocational students.The paper proposes suggestions for higher vocational college management from three aspects of implementing epidemic prevention and control work,focusing on vulnerable groups and developing life skills of"emotion management".
