劳动教育是高职院校立德树人的重要内容。从新时代劳动者在思想、心理、伦理、知识技能、行为等方面应具有的品质入手设计劳动教育内容,在把握劳动教育具体内容的基础上,从课程劳育、思政劳育、专业劳育、实践劳育、文化劳育等方面探讨劳动教育的具体实施路径,在实施中需要关注几个关键问题:打造专兼结合的劳动教育师资队伍,建立科学合理的劳动教育评价体系,构建完善的劳动教育保障体系。

Labor education is an important content of moral education in higher vocational colleges.The paper designs the content of labor education from the aspects of thinking,psychology,ethics,knowledge and skills,behavior of laborers in the new era.On the basis of grasping the specific content of labor education,the paper explores the specific implementation path of labor education from the perspectives of curriculum,ideological and political education,professional education,practical education,and cultural education.In the implementation we should pay attention to the key issues of building a full-time and part-time labor education teaching staff,establishing a scientific and reasonable labor education evaluation system,and building a sound labor education security system.
