Research on Entrepreneurial Quality and Growth of College Students in Changzhou under the Background of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

经济发展新常态催生创新驱动发展。在对创业质量和企业成长性进行概念界定的基础上,对高校毕业生的创业活动样本进行调查,就大学生创业质量和成长性进行调研分析,并深入剖析大学生创业质量的影响因素,最后从个人、学校和社会三个维度提出相关建议和对策。

The new normal of economic development promotes innovation-driven development.On the basis of defining the concept of entrepreneurial quality and enterprise growth,the paper investigates the sample of entrepreneurial activities conducted by college graduates,investigates and analyzes college students'entrepreneurial quality and growth,and deeply analyzes the influencing factors of college students'entrepreneurial quality.Finally,it puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures from three dimensions of individual,school and society.
