商业画布视角下的高校图书馆创新创业教育服务策略研究

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Service Strategies in University Libraries Based on the Business Model Canvas

基于商业模式画布分析,高校图书馆创新创业教育服务旨在满足学生、教师、办学管理者等目标用户在创新创业教育过程中的个性化与精准化知识需求。高校图书馆应发挥文献、空间、馆员等核心资源优势,依托信息服务、空间服务、嵌入式服务等关键业务,以课堂、讲堂、活动为服务渠道,建立并维护稳定的客户关系,塑造“可信赖的信息专家”角色。关注面向全体学生的创新创业教育服务、面向创业者的知识服务和本地化创新创业情报资源开发三个重难点问题,不断优化高校图书馆创新创业教育服务体系。

Based on the analysis of the business model canvas,the purpose of innovation and entrepreneurship education service in university libraries is to meet the personalized and precise knowledge needs of students,teachers and school administrators in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education.University libraries should give full play to the advantages of core resources such as literature,space and librarians and rely on key businesses such as information service,space service and embedded service to establish stable customer relationship and shape the role of"reliable information specialist".The university libraries should pay attention to three key issues:innovation and entrepreneurship education service for all,knowledge service for professional entrepreneurs and localized innovation and entrepreneurship information resource development so as to constantly optimize the service system.
