The professional growth experience of primary school supergrade teachers is of great significance to the pre-service training of excellent primary school teachers.Based on the exploration of the professional growth process of six primary school super grade teachers in China,this paper puts forward the following pre-service training strategies for excellent primary school teachers:strengthening the cultivation of love and childlike innocence;attaching importance to the stimulation of lofty educational ideals;strengthening the cultivation of teaching ability and scientific research ability;paying attention to the improvement of learning literacy.
