摘要
学生发展核心素养和学科核心素养的提出给中学教师的专业发展带来了新挑战。在文献梳理的基础上,对中学外语教师核心素养的内涵进行了定义,并指出中学外语教师核心素养发展面临的困境主要来自宏观政策、学校教育生态及教师自身等因素的干扰或限制。只有从国家完善法律制度保障、学校优化教育生态、教师自身不断努力三方面形成发展体系,中学教师才能实现发展困境的突破。
The development of core literacy in student development and academic subjects poses new challenges to the professional development of secondary school teachers.On the basis of literature review,we define the connotation of core literacy development for foreign language teachers in secondary schools,and point out that the difficulties faced by secondary foreign language teachers in developing core literacy mainly come from the interference or limitation of macro policies,school education ecology and teachers themselves.Only by building a trinity development pattern of perfect legal system of the state,optimized educational ecology of the school and teachers’own efforts,can secondary school teachers break through the development dilemma.
