摘要
《信息与文献 参考文献著录规则》新标准中增添档案文献类型标识及著录示例的举措,解决了困扰学界已久的注释与参考文献中档案类文献的混排现象。新标准在实践中仍旧存在档案涵义失当、档案著录规则不明及示例有误等问题。建议该标准在修订时需在厘清档案与相关事物间关系的基础上,明确档案概念内涵,对档案著录的通用要素加以选择与界定,给出正确的档案著录示例。
Material types and examples of archival documents have been added to the new standard of Information and Documentation——Rules for Bibliographic References and Citations to Information Resources.These help to solve the problem of mixed arrangement of archival documents in notes and references in academic writings.However,the new standard still has some problems in practice,such as unclear definition,insufficient description and wrong examples of archival materials.The authors suggest that revision of the standard should first define the concept of archives to clarify the relationship between archival materials and related matters.Secondly,general elements of archival description should be well defined and refined.Finally,the standard should provide proper examples for archival description.
