摘要
为处理化工过程产生的浓盐废水,采用渗透汽化法处理含挥发性有机物的高浓盐水和制备淡水。通过压力辅助自组装法,利用聚乙烯醇插层和戊二醛交联制备高性能氧化石墨烯层状膜。结果表明,膜具有高度稳定的物化结构、高水通量和良好的脱盐性能。在85℃下处理质量分数为10%的NaCl溶液,水通量达98.2 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),盐截留率达99.99%。对含复杂成分的有机含盐废水经过渗透汽化处理,化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮含量大幅度降低,能有效脱除废水中的微量汞。该膜具有良好的耐污染性和耐酸性环境,是具有良好应用前景的水处理膜材料。
Pervaporation is a promising technology to treat organic wastewater with high salinity from chemical industry.A high-performance laminated GO membrane was prepared by a pressure-assisted self-assembly method via intercalation and cross-linking with poly(vinyl alcohol)and glutaraldehyde in the GO interlayers.The membrane exhibited robust physicochemical stability,high water permeability and high salt rejection.Water flux of 98.2 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) and salt rejection of 99.99%were achieved from the pervaporation of 10%NaCl solution at 85℃.The treatment dramatically reduced chemical oxygen demand(COD)level and ammonia nitrogen content,and effectively removed trace amount of mercury from industrial organic salty wastewater.The membrane exhibits good anti-fouling property under harsh environment,which shows great potential in wastewater treatment.
